GLAMPING - FAQS

Here are answers to some common questions.

  • What time may we arrive on site?

You are welcome to arrive on site after 3pm. This gives us the chance to thoroughly clean and prepare the tents for the best glamping experience.

We meet and greet all customers, show you around and leave you to settle in.  We just ask that you call us when you're 30 minutes away, we'll send more details closer to your stay.

  • Are there toilet and shower facilities?

Each tent has it's own allocated bathroom unit comprising of a compost loo and eco shower.  There is also a washing up sink with drinking water just outside each unit.

  • Can I bring my dog?

Up to 2 well behaved dogs per tent are allowed subject to a £25 per dog fee, payable at the time of booking.  Please add this extra in the shopping cart when you book. Cleaning up after your dog is your responsibility.  Please see our dog policy for further information.

  • Can I park next to my tent?

There is a designated parking area at the  edge of the field but in order to keep our fields safe and in good condition, parking is not allowed next to the tents and cars are not allowed onto the camping field.  If you need assistance carrying your things for the short walk to the tents, please ask us at the time of booking.

If you have particular mobility needs, please contact us for special arrangements.
